1. EVENT PROPOSAL

* For shows / events, ideas sometimes can come from open conversations with face-to-face meetings, so feel free to contact us, and we can create one together.

2. OPEN FOR SPONSORSHIPS
A minimum of 2 weeks is required to finalize all details between 5+2’s STUDIO and Brands / Company sponsors to ensure the best experiences for all parties.

3. INVOICES
A formal agreement outlining the terms of the sponsorship, ensures all parties are clear on expectations and deliverables.

4. ADS & PROMOTION
During the promotion period: 5+2’s STUDIO provides a logo on the website, Social Media, Promotional Materials, and Regular Communication for impact engagement & support.

5. REPORTS
A Documentation report with stories, ideas, videos & photos, and snaps will be published after shows / events through 5ka2studio.com.
Depending on the project style, inclusion on Behance.com.

6. AFTERCARE
Gathering feedback and deepening knowledge to provide ongoing projects and make improvements for future projects.
